  • Our approximate processing time, the time to receive, prepare and ship your treats, is 1-2 days. We make every order fresh and due to extremely high demand our processing time may exceed 2 days but we are working hard to reduce the processing time.

    Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification.

  • Shipping costs are determined by the combined weight of the buyer's order and their location. The company calculates shipping charges during the checkout process, and these rates may be modified without prior notification.

  • Moon Walker Foods. does NOT accept returns on any edible products due to safety concerns. If there are any issues with your order then please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund/exchange. All refund requests must be approved by our Customer Service team. Refunds exclude shipping costs.

  • We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure they reach you in optimal condition. However, we acknowledge that handling during shipment is beyond our control, and in rare instances, orders, particularly Freeze Dried Candy, may sustain damage. Moon Walker Foods is committed to offering a full replacement for products deemed too damaged for consumption. To initiate a claim for a damaged item, kindly email us with the subject "Damaged Package." Please include photos of the damaged product to substantiate your claim and determine eligibility for replacement. Please note that these conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Cancellation of your order can be made within 48 hours of your order as long as the order hasn’t already shipped.
